The main level has two bedrooms, full bath with granite counter tops & slate flooring, laundry room & living room; with a sofa sleeper & desk, and wrap around deck of natural stone.

Recreational activities begin with breathtaking views, or enjoy the wild life. It is a perfect spot for cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and four wheeling or snowmobiling.      Only 20 minutes from world class ski resorts such as: Deer Valley, The Canyons and Park City Resort with tons of Mt bike trails & road biking; rentals in Park City.

Also enjoy the Art festival, Sundance Film Festival, Farmers Market,  Sunday Silly Market, the Theater,  Deer Valley Jazz festival, & Park City Free Music Series & The Canyon’s Summer Concert Series! Deposit:  $250 for nightly rental, $500 for weekly rentals,  $1000 monthly  rentals

 Amenities are:  Direct TV, satellite internet, wired for full audio and sound system, has two TVs and is wired for LCD wall mounts, perfect serenity, clean air and clear skies!   The logs hold the heat amazingly long and making utility use very, very low.
Upgrades:
Granite counter tops, hardwood floor upper and main level , carpeted bedroom, slate flooring in bath, beautiful custom vanities,  specialized lighting and plumbing fixture, solid alder doors, planked vaulted hardwood ceilings,  fine finishing and designer paint throughout. Main level is prepped for 2nd insert, custom dining table. The cabin is 75% self sustained.
