They love it!  Having very, very cool industrial –esque essence being a sizeable 7’ long & 24” wide made of old steel with rusty bronze patina

--2009 Concept design interior & exterior of newly acquired home In Ranch Place, Park City, Ut. for Sofiane & Michele Loussaddi. Provided Classic rendering, CAD, 3 D animation, material selection, features a grand entry, Zen pool walk way, interior grand balustrade, gourmet kitchen, three baths,  10” X 4” H walnut mantle

--2009 Design-build game room for Stein Eriksen’s lodge at Deer Valley/Park City featuring a 12’ long “gamer table” with 7 computer bays, gamer chairs, TV & audio games, pool table & foose ball

--2009: Designed - built The Listening Room on Park City’s Main St. Feature solid walnut bar and custom reclaimed iron light features and organic seating and two tone gel stained beam. This space has an earthy loft-like vibe. People have rave over the white contemporary lounge sofa mixed with the 2tone gel stained beams
