- Full Scale Interior Design Services & Project Management & Sourcing: Michele is the Design/build team leader for your project including Architect, Contractor and Subcontractors. This includes source selection of basic interior needs such as flooring, blinds, carpet, paint & palate, counter tops, appliances, common lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, stone & tile, hardware.
Designer Full-scale Service & Project Management Payment Plan Options
Option A. Hourly fee: $55.00 & cost plus 10% (my sources & labor at cost plus 10%)
Option B. Monthly salary negotiable plus 10%
Option C. Fixed Fee Contract: Client sets budget & Michele provides a prioritized project list within the client’s budget margin.
30% Designer retainer is required to initiate project & guarantees designer/client agreement based on size & project phase.

- Design Concept & Illustrations: Virtual design concepts & illustrations is where your custom design concept is created! This defines & refines the essence of style throughout the interior & exterior features. These high-tech visuals depict details & portray custom concepts for clients to view & make changes prior to building. They are then sent to architects, sub-contractors & builders for cohesive style interpretation. Park City Designer produces innovative buildable designs, which generate savings on labor, materials & completion time. $600 -$1,600 per view
